  • Late payment may result in suspension of further deliveries until settlement.

4. Delivery

  • Shipping charges and delivery terms are specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Claims

  • Returns are only accepted with prior written approval and according to our Refund/Return Policy.
  • Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Or Tea? Europe BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our webshop or products.

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haarlem, the Netherlands.
