Orders are prepaid unless other terms have been agreed. Approved accounts may benefit from 30-day net payment terms.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. For pallet or large-volume orders, please contact us for a quotation.
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval and in accordance with our Terms of Service. Please notify us within 5 working days of delivery if you encounter any issues.
